8th overall in 9:04
1st in 25-29 AG and 1st AG overall.

 Yes Well done and great job on making your way around that course without getting lost.  See I'm not as dump as everyone made me feel last year when I went wrong way Shocked
 And also big congrats to Fagen and Jeff for their stellar days at IM Whales and to our newest coached athlete Dr. Freddie for qualifying for next year's 70.3 World Champs!!

 Embarrassed such an ass Kiss  Can't forget Xavier Canay who finished 3rd overall at the Montreal Esprit Long Distance Race.  Huge huge P.B. after falling to bits on the run at Lake Placid back in July.
