thanks for the note! been doing heaps of training here, the coach-boss has incorporated some bike commuting into my training schedule so I can get in more saddle time on my way to work and back (it's 22 miles each way). I just wrote up a big training post on my team blog, kind of a training update of what I did last weekend. getting ready for a half ironman on Sunday, feeling more ready for this half than I've ever been!! so yup you'll here about how that goes next week...
