i think i told people i once had a watt  metre in the squad
he was called camaren watt  , and he rode like a pussy , when he started with all that shit ,
so i took the doc bike tools to his bike  a pair of pliers  and a screwdriver .
we cut his small chain ring cable and then locked his back wheel in 53 -13
i think not sure , but
then he was told stop  thinking just ride the ba......the best you can and spend a season on it .
dont measure nothin , just try your best and forget about it for a season .
now cam is a good sport , and a great bloke , he didnt knock me out when i cut his cable
and got on with it .
i can tell you cam became a bike monster  for the remainder of his career , and could be seen smacking away at the head of the race every where he went ,
he didnt have to measure how far 10 or 7m  was
cause he was a real triathlete ,
ande he became it  with  litres a sweat  and probaly a couple of blood also .

but i till this deay havent seen so much improvement from where one was .

watts people tell lies .
cam watt never did .
