the facts are
that most of my physio advicehas come from watching different things used on animals .
they cant talk ,so you get a much clearer picture of what woprks and what doesnt .
a grey hound doesnt listen to bullshit , either does a horse ,
so use a certain new fangled method on them ,and they will tell you what they think ,some times in the most painful way .
ice slows recovery and can lead to other injueries post recovery

im just liking it more in my drink than on an athlete or in a bath tub
you been hearing here for some 35 yrs now
ice is not the magic bullet ,
its sole purpose is to reduce swelling , that it does , but then one must ask , why does the body swell strait away if that is bad for it

nature again not knowing whats best
