profile : age grouper male
10h per week of training.
Personnal best 2h30 on olympic distance
target : long distance of Troyes, 3th of june, distance 3/83/20;
there is an olympic distance i know one week before in france.

Hey lévrier its doable and if you have the discipline to hold back in the first race.
It might actually make your 2nd race better.
As you will be able to rehearse particular of a triathlon impossible to emulate in training.

The big thing is the logistics.
Racing is energy consuming yes but travelling can AMPLIFY it big time.
Drive/fly, eating out, packing, sleeping in different bed, line ups, ect.

So look at those details.
And if it will be easy to travel to both races then its a good idea.
If not, then it be best to just stick to one race.

Also if you do decide to race back-to-back.
Make sure you wear socks for the Olympic distance.
So it dont tear up your feet.
As it can hinder the "loosening" process and maybe cause infection...
