Once you get them, use zinc cream. Problem solved. Inotyol.

My daughter had a small infection as a baby and got it from the doctor, she used about 0,1% of the tube and before throwing it away, I tested it once and use it ever since ... Its cheap, has no banned ingredients and is recommended even for babies, so it should be quite safe.

Well bend me over and ride me sideways!!! That's the same problems I'm having my last 2years have been in pain, and one or two trips to the doc/surgeon. Can somebody put me in direct contact with him I'd like to ask a few more questions. Thanks.

I had a small surgery 2 weeks ago because I left one untreated long enough it had to be drained. Not fun! Especially the part where you
have to take the packing out of the open cut (1cm in length and 1.5cm in depth), and replace it (you put it back so that it heals from the
inside out, and avoid reinfection)...you have to push the packing inside the open wound with a surgical qtip...That made me sweat more
than a 2h trainer ride in the summer when it's 105F outside, and there is no AC in the garage...
Anyway, tried the prologo EVO TTR saddle. Much much better. Other rules:
1. use your shorts once only
2. use some vaseline and add a bit of antibiotics oinment
3. shave it all ;-)
