Yes muffinman, as Australians we have also embraced American sub culture...so you can use the word pissed a variety of different ways. eg: "Man I'm pissed (American version) at him for being so pissed! Who does he think he is, taking the piss like that? Ok, I gotta go take a piss, see ya." Now for the sausage roll....wellll, what do I say?HuhHuh Grin

I knew I was nearly back on Aussie soil, when I was on my qantas flight from singapore last night, when I overheard the women across the aisle say, "Ooooh, that's noooice" (in a Kath & Kim accent).

Very very very funny, Al.

Muffin, check out this site for all you need to know about Kath and Kim
http://www.kathandkim.com/

Another sign I was back in Australia (or 'Orstraya', is how I say it)- the female immigration official had a MULLET.  Gotta love the mullet on women.

Hey Puntaaa's

Belinda is the champ of Aussie slang (besides Doc!!) she can teach you all some usefull stuff.

We once had an Italian visitor whom stayed with us in Oz for a couple of months. Belinda was going thru a phase were she would always give her approval to something in conversation with the Aussie phrase of "shit yehh". The eyetie staying with us caught onto this but just couldnt get the "yehh" thing happening after the "shit". He kept saying "shit YES" - maybe you had to be there but it was fun times.

Up ya bum!!
