Our friend made her first 100x100 this morning.

This was her Chrissie pressie   Cheesy

I was watching her eat the cheese, starting at 3000, but by 5000 she switched to the mini snickers choccie's Wink

I'm a coke and water guy, but had several mini snickers at 3/4 way as I was a little peckish Wink

They fueled the nice treadmill run and sauna afterwards to.

Ok I would like to ask a question on the Ironman nutrition or rather an opnion.  Infinite Drink??  One is supposed to only use the Infinite custom blend and not need to eat at all.  Has anyone had experience with this doing a 1/2 or full ironman or just plain have an opinion on the issue.  Thanks guys

you can do the  whole race on whats called liquid calories ,
but it takes a special person for that ,
one that is not obsessed with food .
the key is getting enuff calories in with the fluid but also
believing in it .
yeah know the stuff , its about as good as chcolate milk .
hey hang on there , chocolate milk  is good stuff .
carries way more calories per 100ml compared to other stuff
and
the best part

 tastes goooooooooooooooooooooooooooood
