Yeah, Stephen's not doing Lanzarote. Not completely sure of the exact reason why, so I leave it up to him to inform us all why. But.......he still went to Lanzarote!!! Having a nice holiday, Stephen? I'm sure he's doing a great job cheering on Bella, who at the moment is closing in on 1st place during the marathon.

It has been exciting sitting here in our little chalet watching Bella charge down Tara Norton- I just can't believe how quickly she is doing it!! All going well over here in beautiful France- although rode the shorter loop of the bike course today and I must admit it is going to be even tougher than I thought- not so much the climbing, although there is a lovely three km climb, but the technical side of it. There is one decent that is horrible and I am definitely going to be 'safetly sam' on that one. Water is friggin cold but it looks short (maybe that is what I am hoping!!). Looks like Erika had a bit of a battle with YVF- just bummed the results were not reversed. Can't wait to watch AJ and Liz B do battle in Madrid. xx

Just supporting Bella for this race, I'm saving up my pasatios for races coming up soon.
Wow Bella was fantastic today though, she just ran down then away from everyone, after a super solid bike ride on a nasty hard course.
