Someone has asked on a UK tri site what were the "pink sticks" you were running with at IM Lanza.  Can you enlighten?

only pretending!
those pink sticks are actually M+M tubes!  They are just handy places to put things whist running!

but I started using them years ago when the Boss told me I did wierd things with my arms, ..so to make me more aware of what my arms were doing he told me to carry something in my hands.

Now I dont go anywhere with out my M+Ms cos I am addicted to them!

Can I ask a follow-on question??!!
What weird things were you doing with your arms before said M&M tubes, and what did you stop doing after using them?
Actually, that's two questions but they are sort of related.

oh nothing that wierd really!  Just not quite semetrcal in their movements.  But now, because I am more aware of my hands (because of carrying somthing)  I dont move so wierd!
