Pretty amazing to have all those reflections and points of view about the theme! But much better to have a right direction to where to look at when doc says what really functions on real world!

Hope you can help me with my own post regarding bike workouts fo HIM!

I am having a hard time changing from sprint/HIM to IM. My races shorter were always bad and I usually had no "speed" on m,y legs. Now, going even longer it's being terrible! Maybe this speed before distance approach is even better for the average age-group. What are your thoughts about it?!

Thanks, Marcos!

my real advice is , the guys here cant help you , they can only theorize .
why?
cause they come to me to get advise about them
you need to get a coach for atleast 3 months ,so you learn these things with regards to your individual needs ,
no not a training plan , a coach first , then ,when you think you got a handle then go back to training plans .
ironguides email is on the site some where .
