Very insightful Doc.. And not all of us youngsters find it hard to listen.. Some of us are like sponges to water.. sometimes the simpliest things make all the difference.. Looking forward to Bootcamp.. Should be another entertaining chapter in the Sutto book of tales..

For so many of us young guys, we make it soo complicated,  You hear about this workout and that workout,
Use power here, Use HR there.  Rest on this day, train harder on that day.  Block your rides, run every day,
Do that set, eat this food.....and on and on and on.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Then pretty soon, you don't know which way is up.  Your head is in a fog.  Your results go down and you get more and more frustrated.  Sometimes it takes hitting the bottom, before you can go up.  You feel like giving up....this when you say 'mercy,' stop trying to control everything and can finally quiet the mind and really listen.

as i will just keep sending it

mr becker ,
has met mr boss , and showed me his stuff.
he is in now no doubt about what he knows about triathlon , or his position on the triathlon totem pole .
we shall see , if he is going to be one of the americans , that  proves to be the exception to the rule
but i think he gets the picture that fragile , wont cut it here  Shocked
