Thanks guys,

Lizzy, you don't have to pretend to be Sam, don't be embarrased to congratulate me Wink
Warren, the swim training I did with you was the key to my swim out there with the dolphins in Florida Cheesy
Luke, I was imagining it was you chasing me, and I'm glad it wasn't Smiley

Thanks again, I'm very happy with how the race went.

Hi Mark,

Great to hear from, I remember you from our training in Basildon, round and around the Ford test track.  It was good fun!

Thanks for the congrats.

Tips for Lanzarote:
Definately use your good swim, swim hard and gain a few mins and more on your competitors.
Then just pace the bike ride it is a really tough ride so everybody is on there bike longer than in a normal ride so pace it steady.  Keep drinking and getting the calories in, little and often.  Then ride easy the last few miles into T2 to get ready for the run.
Run the best you can, you will be tiered as everyone is.

Maybe some other Team TBB members can add some tips, I know a few of you have done Lanzarote before too.

Have a great race.

Sorry to intrude.. but I am a rude dude.. I would camelbak it on that course man.. it is easier to drink and you tend to drink more often.. plus, on the climbs you won#t have bottles shaking around.. I realize they look geeky but trust me, once you go camelbak, you never go back
