What would be your cycling tip to the average rider?	Keep it simple! Practise makes perfect. Ride your bike as much as you can. Up hills, down hills, on flat roads, long rides, short rides. If you do that your cycling will improve!
What is your personal cycling goal for 2010?	My goals for 2010 are to be very fit and strong so that in my Ironman races I can get the best out of myself and be right up there putting pressure on for the win.
