Danger Dan had one quote from the weekend; "I am back". After his unfortunate accident mid-summer Dan has had to fight hard to get back to form. With this weekend's race Dan finished 9th in an incredibly strong field of top European triathletes. Dan was very pleased with his race and feels like he has finally turned the corner and is healthy and ready to race. As expected, Dan lead the entire race out of the water then had a solid bike on the hilly tough course and finished off with one of his fastest half ironman times of the year. Dan's goal was to have a solid race on his road to recovery. I think he did just that, and the team looks forward to more great results from Dan in 2011 and 2012.
