21 January, 2007 La Paz ITU Triathlon Pan American Cup - 2007 is proving to be a good start for teamTBB. After a victorious performance from members of teamTBB at the Orca Wanaka Challenge in New Zealand, teamTBB makes headline again, the very next day, on the other end of the globe.

Reinaldo Colucci, member of teamTBB, won the Olympic distance race in the winning time of 1hr 51min and 56sec, almost a full minute ahead on his direct competitor Russian Brukhankov Alexander who finished second with a time of 1hr 52mins and 53secs. Colucci caught the leaders on the bike but the chase pack of over 23 athletes worked well together to make sure that the leaders did not increases the gap. In the end it came down to a running race and Colucci proved too strong for the rest of the field.

Colucci was also the winner of the 2006 Phuket Laguna triathlon racing for teamTBB and breaking the 12 year old record course record.
