While our pro athletes did us proud at 70.3 Cozumel, our online coached athletes did equally as good a job.
Coached by professional teamTBB athlete Andres Castillo since February, Daniel Rocher took a fantastic 17 minutes off of his time from last year. Arturo Aguilar had an amazing 1 hour 18 minutes improvement. Congratulations to both.

John Flynn has been training with Andres since December with this race also his second 70.3 He took 42 minutes off his time despite a niggling foot injury and finished 3rd in the male 55-59 category. John also qualified for the 70.3 World Championships in Mount-Tremblant, Canada in 2014.

Susie Langley coached by professional athlete and online coaching manager Scott DeFilippis was first amateur female finisher with the 8th fastest time of the day, winning the female 40-44 division. Susie backed up from winning the 70.3 World Championship in her category two weeks ago in Las Vegas.

Congratulations to our online athletes for a job well done, showing that hard work, consistency and discipline reap rewards. Well done also to Andres and Scott for their coaching prowess in preparing our athletes for their big day.
